I'm Adriana— a biologistwith a Master's in Wildlife Conservation from São Paulo Zoo and a PhD candidate in Science Communication at the University of Porto. My journey with dogs goes beyond just loving them – it's a deep commitment to science, education, and animal welfare.
I'm certified in Animal-Assisted Interventions by Associação Ânimas and work with therapy dogs in schools alongside my amazing partner, Hendrix 🐶.
I’ve also had the chance to dive into canine behavior studies at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, with the Family Dogresearch program. Plus, I keep expanding my knowledge through courses and seminars with top professionals like Tom Davis (Upstate Canine Academy), Stephanie Vichinsky (Method K9 Institute), and Nuno Lopes (Train Your Dog) - with whom I’ve worked closely and gained invaluable hands-on experience.
I believe that any change is possible, as long as there is commitment, patience and consistency from everyone involved. My mission is to give you the tools to make that happen.
